The situation
An e-commerce business selling on several marketplaces ends up running a separate back office for each one, just to keep prices, stock and listings in step. Shopsynk set out to replace them all with one.
What we built
We built a single interface where the team manage orders, fulfilment and returns across every marketplace they sell on, with the integrations underneath keeping each channel in step automatically.
What changed
A SaaS product ready for its first customers, on foundations that can take on more marketplaces as the business grows.
